The occurrence data of invertebrates of the river Tana basin in Kenya comprising of historical records at the natural history collection of the National museums of Kenya. The data includes both aquatic and terrestrial records. The taxonomic information may not be up-to-date as some of the families presented were not checked by experts prior to digitization and publishing. Data was mined from the specimen labels into excel spreadsheets.
